The most interesting case the Philipp has worked on is the re-launch of the whole Sheego e-shop into a Responsive Design. This involved a migration onto a new Shopsystem and also a completely new design. Among the challenges, the developers had to learn how to reprogram the responses and approach for designing a shopping template within a responsive framework. They had significant challenges in bringing together the conception, design and development. To achieve this they combined agile and waterfall project management methods. As a result Sheego has seen a growth in sales and conversion.
